Ashwaganda

Take 1 capsule per day with water, with a meal of your choice. The capsules are compact (approximately 22 mm in diameter) and therefore easy to swallow. Suitable for men and women.

Important: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ashwagandha is generally well tolerated, but in rare cases it can affect the liver and cause mild gastrointestinal complaints, such as nausea or diarrhoea. Do not use this supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you are hypersensitive to ashwagandha, have thyroid problems, severe liver disease or have had an organ transplant.
