Beta-sitosterol
This ingredient prolongs the growth phase of the hair follicle. The effectiveness of Beta-Sitosterol has been demonstrated in scientific studies. It also has proven anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

I have tried several supplements in the past but these really do what they say, my hair loss is a lot less and is goeien I can now length s and thereby I have new hair growth and is t fuller I will definitely continue to use this product! Much easier than all the loose supplements together what prevents hair loss. It really contains everything you need for beautiful hair. I only take 1 tablet a day in the morning with my breakfast. I would also like to mention that I am 47 years old and going through the menopause, which is also the reason why I started taking this product.

Effective helping

After almost 4 months of use, hair loss has been greatly reduced. Hair also seems to be stronger and thicker. This supplement also counteracts DHT due to the saw palmetto. I still take pumpkin seed oil myself. Combined with Minoxidil, this forms an effective remedy for hair loss and the formation of new hair growth.

Still pending...

I have been using the Foligain capsules for a few months now, it is too short to have a full picture of the effect. Only according to my friend, and already more small hairs are growing on my crown which was mainly balding. So I hope this trend will continue.

Firm hairs

I use these tablets in combination with Neofollics tablets. 1 Foligain tablet at noon and 2 Neofollics tablets in the evening. Recently reduced the dose to 1 Neofollics tablet, due to possible too high Zn dose. Notices that my hair is falling out less. The disadvantage of the Foligain tablets is the size. Have a hard time swallowing them.

Det er vigtigt at have realistiske forventninger. Hårvækst er nemlig en langsom proces, især når hårsækkene har været angrebet i længere tid. En realistisk periode for at vurdere den første effekt af en behandling er 3 til 6 måneder. I første omgang vil du mærke, at håret føles stærkere og/eller falder mindre ud.
