Beta-sitosterol
This ingredient prolongs the growth phase of the hair follicle. The effectiveness of Beta-Sitosterol has been demonstrated in scientific studies. It also has proven anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Biotin
This is one of the most important vitamins against hair loss. Vitamin B8 is necessary for maintaining healthy hair. It contributes to the production of keratin, important for healthy hair, scalp and nails.
Saw palmetto
A particularly important substance. It is widely used in the treatment against Alopecia Androgenetica because of its DHT-inhibiting (Di-hydro-testοsterone) properties , a hormone that causes hair follicles to shrink, ultimately causing hair loss.

For me, these are the best anti-hair loss supplements that exist. I have been taking them for several years, my hair loss is clearly slowed down and the hair is much stronger and thicker. The only default are the tablets which are very large.

This is a compliment on top of a toner, shampoo and micro, needling treatment. It’s hard to tell how much effect this has had, but I feel like it really does help and it doesn’t hurt hurt my stomach like other vitamins have in the past. Will definitely keep using it..

Det er vigtigt at have realistiske forventninger. Hårvækst er nemlig en langsom proces, især når hårsækkene har været angrebet i længere tid. En realistisk periode for at vurdere den første effekt af en behandling er 3 til 6 måneder. I første omgang vil du mærke, at håret føles stærkere og/eller falder mindre ud. Den fulde effekt ses ofte efter 12 måneder. I gennemsnit vokser sundt hår 1,25 cm om måneden. I ›problemområder‹, hvor hårsækkene ofte er beskadiget, går det langsommere. Læs mere i denne artikel.
Derudover er det godt at vide, at det er sværere at opnå genvækst end at bremse/stabilisere tyndere hår. Genvækst vil også ske hurtigere og lettere hos nogle end hos andre. Hvis du er hurtig, vil genvækst være lettere end hvis processen allerede har stået på i længere tid. Lad dig dog ikke blive modløs for hurtigt, hårvækst er en langsom proces, og forskellen bliver mere og mere synlig i løbet af et år.
