  1. First, wash your hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Apply a palm-sized amount of conditioner to clean, damp hair.
  3. Work it through with your fingers from the scalp to the ends.
  4. Comb through the hair to ensure even distribution.
  5. Rinse thoroughly.
