Start your morning by washing your hair with the Neofollics shampoo. Firstly wash the hair with a small amount of shampoo and rinse it with water to remove the first impurities. Next, take a generous amount of shampoo and massage it into the scalp. Leave the shampoo in to soak for 3 minutes, so that the active ingredients are absorbed well. Then rinse the hair thoroughly.

The shampoo is suitable for daily use. Use it at least 3 times a week for best results.

Once your hair is dry, apply 6 sprays of the Spectral.F7 lotion 2 times per day and massage the lotion into the scalp. Do not rinse the lotion.

Lastly take one tablet per day with a large amount of water, preferably during or after a meal.
