Before using the K18 leave-in mask, your hair should be clean. If you use a lot of styling products and/or heavy products with oils or silicones, this can cause a layer to remain on your hair, preventing the K18 mask from being absorbed optimally.

In the shower

Wash your hair with shampoo, do not use conditioner before treating with K18.

After the shower

Make your hair towel-dry.
Start with 1 pump of the K18 mask and then use more if needed. The amount depends on the length, thickness and condition of your hair.
Spread the mask evenly in the hair from the roots to the roots, one pump at a time. (Rather too little, than too much)
Let the mask soak for 4 minutes to allow the peptide to do its job.
Do not wash out the K18 mask.
Style your hair as usual.

Why can't I use a conditioner?

You can. K18 does not recommend using a conditioner before treatment with K18. A conditioner leaves a layer that prevents the peptide from penetrating effectively. Once the 4-minute waiting period is over, you can use a conditioner, leave-in or other product.

The K18 mask is an innovative and effective treatment made to be used 4-6 washes in a row. After that, use the mask every 3-4 washes to keep hair healthy.

Dit masker is zo'n fijn product voor iedereen die beschadigd haar heeft (door het blonderen). Mijn haar is zichtbaar verbeterd na het gebruik van dit product. Let op: niet met conditioner gebruiken. Én, dit staat niet op de verpakking: wrijf het masker in je handen totdat het wit is. Dan pas in je haar smeren.
